Whether it’s a graphic wallcovering, sculpture or an acrylic console floating against a moody backdrop — this often overlooked part of the project is one of our favorites to design. This is an area where we let creativity lead the charge.
More than appearance, these spaces set the tone for the home and must offer necessary functionality. Entrances should offer a place to sit and put on or take off shoes, a surface for keys and lighting. A console, a bench and a lamp are all key. We love adding a mirror and artwork as well. So while we do turn up the drama — functionality is a non-negotiable.
