A Space for Him

The making of a luxe, masculine residence.

Our bachelor client needed a space to entertain but also desired an inviting private home environment to unwind. We designed this row house in such a way that he is able to achieve both goals simultaneously. From the luxe sitting area in the living room to the cobalt blue bar area, guests can lounge in style. The delicious mix of warm neutrals create continuity from the entrance to the rich-toned bedrooms. This stunning home is the perfect residential escape for this busy professional - no matter the mood or the occasion.

We worked with Atlanta Stone Creations to create the perfect fireplace surround in Taj Mahal quartzite and the beautiful bar countertop in a black quartz. For the bar itself, we designed a custom bar cabinet in the same color as the fireplace built ins. However for the bar cabinets we opted for a high gloss automotive finish versus the satin finish on the fireplace cabinetry. Kingdom Woodworks created the beautiful bar cabinet for us.

The difference in the finishes creates a clear delineation between the two spaces while also maintaining design continuity for an overall cohesive look and feel. For the built-ins surrounding the fireplace we worked with The Woodstock Wood Stock. We love how this marvelous entertaining area in the home turned out — and so does our client.
