Hand Knotted

Hand Knotted:

The quality of a hand-knotted rug is determined by the number of knots per square inch, and a higher density means a better quality.  Weaving a hand-knotted rug requires immense skill and often a lot of time.  Hence the reason hand knotted rugs are usually expensive.

I personally LOVE hand knotted rugs.  The quality is hard to beat – both in the way the rug looks and the way it feels under your feet.

Do you have any hand knotted rugs?  I would love to hear from you!
